Viewer Keychain
Brookstone Photo Keychain help?
Ok so I got a photo keychain from Brookstone. I downloaded the image viewer onto my mac, and have the program open, but the only button not greyed out is the "load collection" button. I click this, and it goes to one of those windows where you select the file, except all the files are greyed so I can't click on pictures. I really need help with this, does anyone have any ideas??
I have never heard of this keychain and for that am completely unfamiliar with the software you are using. However.. it did cross my mind that it might be that your software (keychain) is expecting another fileformat than the files that show up and are greyed out? I am guessing it wants jpg or gif at best. Are you trying to select those or maybe png or tiff or bmp or something?

Yeah, Mac OS X is so practical. make it so that you have to “quit” the program, if you click X it simply discards the window. Genius. Oh yeah, and make the maximize button do exactly not that.
