  yea seriously. I only know one person who got fucked over by video games(world of warcraft) and it was definitly his parents fault letting him play video games in all his freetime

  I don't agree with the remark about video games. There are many different types of video games. Most of them are first person player, but putting something like Second Life up against video games– well, there's really no comparison. In Second Life you are that avatar. In video games, you know you're not the character. When I'm playing Lego Harry Potter, for instance, I know I'm not Ron Weasley or Fang. I'm just playing as their characters. Big difference. Also, video games are more for entertainment. Second Life is like a business.

  Playing video games hour after hour is stupid anyway no matter what you put the time to otherwise, you think it is a waste of your life to be stuck in a room playing games, grow up get a life and do something with your time other than play games, that is not the way an Intelligent person whiles away the hours.

  No. okay to play for awhile a day, but not if their life is video games. Parents who spend their lives on Y!A should not be calling their kids lazy for playing video games when they themselves are sitting on the computer all day.
